Accuracy of Information
Status information comes directly from USCIS's own systems. We do not control it, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify anything time-sensitive on USCIS's official website.

User Responsibilities
You agree to use StatusPal lawfully. Don't misuse the service — for example, don't try to disrupt or overload the backend proxy it relies on.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, StatusPal's developers are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app. This includes indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
